In this session, first the teacher explained benchmarking, gave us a series of real life examples and showed us how to make a benchmark. Once she finished her explanation, she left the rest of the class to deliver an exercise in which we had to perform the following tasks:
- Make a Benchmark.
- Prepare Questions of the Interview.
BENCHMARK
We have made a Bechmark of our product comparing it with the rest of the competition to see where we have an advantage and where we need to improve. We have taken a number of key criteria to make this comparison. However, there is no product currently that is our direct competition. But those that appear in the next Bechmark are the ones that would come closest to being our competition.

Questions of the Interview
Finally, we prepared a series of possible questions for surveys of potential users or consumers of our product. In this way we can determine which types or profiles of users we should target.

We made a selection of possible questions, we also added new ones that were not in the previous list. After a few days, we already had the results of those surveys as we can see in the following file:
